Welcome to our 6-week workshop focused on a whole body, functional approach to mental health, where we believe in treating the root cause of the issue, not just the symptoms.
Our approach is based on the understanding that our mind and body are interconnected, and what affects one, impacts the other.
In this workshop, we will explore a variety of holistic healing therapies that will help support your mental & emotional wellness.
This workshop is led by expert holistic practitioners from the following fields:
- naturopathic/functional medicine
- mind/body therapy,
- acupuncture,
- functional nutrition
- energy healing,
- spiritual healing,
- biomeridian scanning,
- pain management,
- therapeutic massage, and
- hypnotherapy.
Each week, two practitioners will pair up and provide information, techniques and practical approaches to understanding and improving your mental health. The workshop is based on a whole body, functional approach to mental health, which recognizes that the mind and body are interconnected and that imbalances in one can affect the other.
- Week 1 – Naturopathic/Functional Medicine Doctor & Mind/Body Therapist
- Week 2 – Energy Healer/BEST practitioner & Intuitive Massage Therapist
- Week 3 – Functional Nutritionist & Biomeridian Scan
- Week 4 – Acupuncture & Spiritual Healing
- Week 5 – Hypnotherapist & Manual Osteopath
- Week 6 – Group Recap & Discussion
Throughout the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to learn and experience each modality through interactive demonstrations and exercises. By the end of the workshop, participants will have a deeper understanding of the whole body functional approach to mental health and how to integrate these practices into their daily lives to support their overall wellbeing.

Improve your relationship with food, with your body, with the planet. This free workshop is being given by functional nutrition scientist, Sabrina Hinkis. After spending years working as a pharmaceutical scientist, she now spends her time educating clients on nutrition and using food as medicine. She realized medication has a very small place in our health and so much more can be done by using food to heal the body. Sabrina has over a decade of experience working in nutrition and works in healing clients with a variety of health conditions – autoimmune issues, diabetes, cardiovascular issues, mental health and more.
